  1. Lets see, you refuse to answer my question and then expect me to answer yours? Stop being a lazy ass. It would be really, really, really stupid for you to want what I want as we have WAY different needs.

  3. Again in that price range you should really use your ears. I currently have no idea what you like and don't and the difference between all lower end sets will be rather extreme, but subjectively you may like some way better than others.
  4. I haven't read the link on MSS either and don't really plan on it, but will clarify on Brad's comments. When the aiming is optimized I don't miss the top end. Best sounding car system I have ever heard consisted of just a wide bander and a midbass. Classic advantage of having nearly all the musical range coming from a point source is huge. I am not much of a high end "sparkle" kind of guy anyways though.

His aren't that ridiculous. Not rough hewn, but not sanded. Just ripped nicely on a table saw basically. Looks great.

My Uncle actually did that. Built his house nearly inside out. ALL of the lumber supporting the house is exposed, but it is also all finished. Not exactly the cheap way to build.

Recessed hoods don't work. I'd love an indoor grill, but you need an EXTREMELY serious hood to deal with that amount of heat.

    Isn't that an oxymoron?

I've seen some nice industrial ones on there, but have not got the w's approval to build my outdoor kitchen yet.
  16. Depends on your dash. Lots of potential depending on what your plan is. I love the idea and think I know why Adrian leaned that way

What is your budget for a hood? Honestly under 1,000. I have been looking for scratch and dent. I'm realizing it may not be possible and will have to wait. Craigslist is your friend. Hurry up and wait.
