Alpine or Pioneer? Cant Decide...
You won't be able to run or use your active crossovers with only a 2chn amplifier, you will need a channel for EVERY speaker.

Damn I miss college I sure as hell don't then again I've always stopped at 3 or 4 drinks 3 or 4 are fine if they are big enough. <- pictures Liter+ beers More along the lines of a single 375 bottle of whiskey/rum/tequila In college that may have barely gotten me a decent buzz. A liter was a walk in the park.

will a hifonics BRZ 2400 watt rms be too much for the 18" BTL
It will only cause it to fail due to operator error. Considering you are asking the question though there is some probability of that happening.

If your conclusion is based on "output power" you are being sorely misled. Interface, that's a different story. I think that you should be choosing based on your needs and not theirs. With stock speakers you will NEVER use the 3 way crossover so you shouldn't pay for that feature. You are going about this the wrong way. There is no better, only better for you. Ask the question based on what fills your needs better. Anyway at this point in time they are all about the same anyways, so just get the one that you like how it operates the best. There will be no acoustic benefit of any of them. ALL of them are way too nice to connect to crappy stock speakers though. And ALL of them really need an amplifier to truly make anything sound good.

Which sub?
I doubt it, but if that is the case then nothing on your list. However, if that were true you'd be asking us about the rest and not the sub as it is a very trivial portion of an SQ setup. So what does the rest of your "setup" include?

Unlike other sites, he will try his hardest not to have you buy a bunch of stuff you don't need. That being said the easiest way to reach him is probably sending him a PM. "Rudy" from a couple posts above is the owner

door speakers
Your ear should decide. As a reference though, I have NEVER owned a car where having all the drivers in phase sounded best. Never.

Actually the best idea is to use tiles from Don at SDS. Link is in my sig and not only will you have a better result per dollar, but also get really good advice.

Not really a "kit" but perhaps the closest thing I'd be interested in

Nope, saying that when you are 6'7" it isn't easy to fit into cars that are light and nimble. Making light and nimble luxurious and comforting and fitting my body seems to be exclusive. some sort of kit car, perhaps? I fit comfortably in the 400, so I would imagine the 600 would be fine

I will pay anyone $600 per 18" to build me or find me 55mm+ o
He lost me at his last attempts to do things with drivers. If your only goal is excursion then fine, waste the money and continue on. If this is a subset of your real goal then you should state it and actually get help you can use. Of course I know how you'll react to this but really for once potentially you should listen and absorb instead of thinking you know something that others don't.

Don't get me wrong the M5/550i are fun to drive, but just not at all like the experience you'd have in a Lotus.
