Welcome to the IHoP
Nope, saying that when you are 6'7" it isn't easy to fit into cars that are light and nimble. Making light and nimble luxurious and comforting and fitting my body seems to be exclusive.

Interior is definitely much better with Nav, at least from the views I see on Autotrader. What I am torn with is comfort vs performance. The 5 series is definitely more luxurious, the RS4 and M3 definitely more fun to drive but what is more important with something you have to live with everyday. And yes, I realize that the M5 solves all of these woes but adds one potential detractor and that is cost. It may not functionally fit within said budget. Damnit. Everytime I turn the corner I guess it screams that I am an M5 driver.

The 335i is NOT a BMW. They took all the driving pleasure out of it. A 12 year old girl could drive it fast though as it does everything easy. Feels too Japanese to me.

And the interior is god awful. *has never seen one with Nav and Idrive though so maybe that helps

Suggestions for help with painting welcome!
You have to seal MDF before painting it. Deft sanding sealer works great.

As for the M3 I didn't realize they made a 4 door....and they do.

Oh, and the S4 was just to preview what an RS4 would feel like on the inside

Welcome to the IHoP
where did the s4 and m3/335i come from??? Have to be thorough. I've been driving the M lately and it makes me want another "small" car.

This has been what, a 2 year shopping deal? Yep. Would speed up if someone would buy the M and I had more time.

Welcome to the IHoP
then again I'm spoiled rotten since my fish monger is literally a half mile or so from the front door; everything they sell comes off their boats from that morning's catch. Yummy And mine is closer to you than me. Buddy of mine runs a shop/restaurant in your neck of the woods. Not exactly, but anyways. Whereabouts? Dallas. As I said, not exactly.

This thread is about using ASPHALT materials. With a crappy adhesive. Jay, go park your car in Florida for a week in the summer and see how you feel afterwards.

Welcome to the IHoP
Drove a new and old S4, 335i, M3 and sat in a new Jeep G Cherokee today. Supposed to know about the SRT release next Thursday, or at least they are going to bug the shit out of the rep. Obviously not getting a lot of work done, but I have some conclusions on cars at this point. Still not decided completely but way closer than ever before.

Not all Byerly's carry it, but the one at Ridgedale does. Kowalski's isn't Wagyu, but same style. I actually love Kowalski's as long as I don't have to pay.

From where? BTW, you can buy it at Byerly's and Kowalski's

Help choosing a 10 inch midbass driver.
The low end is definetly not choked off. The top end is what gets nasty, anything over 400 sounds like rattling cone. Then the hole is probably "big enough"

Lawrence Lots of great restaurants in Lawrence that would have much better fish than Red Lobster. I haven't been there in 3 years, but everyplace I ate was great. For the life of me I can't remember any names though.

No such thing as fresh crab unless you are a fisherman. It starts to deteriorate REALLY, REALLY fast so it is always cooked and frozen asap. The best in fact is cooked and frozen on the boat. Bristol Bay FTMFW!! Either way, you should NEVER eat at a Red Lobster, fucking terrible. , I don't mind it. And being in Kansas, where would I ever get anything fresh anyways? I can't just take trips to the coasts every month to get fresh stuff, nor will I go without. I have to make due with what I have. Plus this type of thing is all I've ever eaten, so I don't know any different. I buy seafood at the store obviously, but it's also obviously not fresh. And I had a gift card. Fresh has NOTHING to do with proximity to the ocean, at least not for 90% of the fish eaten anyways.

Welcome to the IHoP
Other than being horribly stupid for buying a new car, no big deal. Sure the 4 Runner is fine. He told me their price on it was like 33k, which I guess was only 500 over invoice, but I was like jeez that's still a lot. I'm not really sure why they wanted to buy new. He's never bought any new car in his life, so maybe that's why? I think she got hers new. I guess they'll find out how it goes. And a 2 year old one is nearing 20k...

the xf-s wasn't a blur machine? I had such high hopes on that one.... The R is I am sure and if I could find a 2 year old R I'd definitely want it.
