Feeling like taking some vacation time this week....

As a landlord myself I can tell you it is not smart to buy a $200,000 house to rent out. People renting out big houses are not usually there for long. I have a big house like that I rent out and 3 smaller houses in not so nice neighborhoods. The big house was my last house, and rather then selling it we decided to rent it out. We found that it sits vacant and rolls over more then the others. People renting these houses are usually those who have had an issue in their main home, such as a fire or whatnot, that requires them to be out of their house for a few months, or people building houses in that area and wanting their kids to warm to the schools before hand, etc. They are just very temporary renters. The smaller houses rent quickly, as they are cheap, and they are in areas where the average renter can't afford to move real quick, you know first and last months and paying for a moving truck is a struggle. Yeah, maybe it seems cold renting to people who simply can't afford to leave, but it is business. Ha, $200k doesn't even buy a starter house here. You can't rent anything unless you spend that much.

It actually could. Nothing wrong with array's and they can solve many issues normally that a car would have with the right electronics. Luckily for VW/Audi they make enough of these they can actually invest in those electronics as well. I am curious.

Not familiar with the programs you are running, but are they quad core friendly? If not a faster i5 might be a better choice. Future proof and laptops I am normally not so concerned as I expect that in 3 years I'll change it.

have you ever owned a mac? not trying to stir anything up, just being curious! Yep, 3 of them. Had a lot of older Apple's as well. At one point in time they were my choice. Now, no way in hell.

Interestingly enough every one I know that currently owns those hates them in the snow. Now perhaps they went too wide so it looked cooler and it wasn't tall so it was floating. Not sure. I had a pair on a truck when I worked for the state(the state didn't spend that money but somehow they were on the fvkkin truck) and in everything else they worked great. In snow, it sucked big. A buddy of mine who plows tried them out too and he was dissapointed. I thought they would be great for snow but for some reason everyone I know has had issues with them and would rather be in a road tire or mild AT tire. Well they were the best snow tire I ever owned. Stock size, 95 F150. Could tear through really deep snow in 2wd

I'd recommend NEVER doing business with Tiger Direct. Their service is terrible and they will rip you off at any chance you can get. Macs suck I have almost the same needs and get Asus, Lenovo, and Toughbook recommendations from varying IT departments. Curious as to what you end up with Aaron.

I HATE tabs. Multiple windows is a MUCH better way. I also hate using a mouse and will use quick keys as much as possible. Fucking slow mice. Ctrl tab ftw with tabs I like tabs...just scroll click a link and presto, a new tab And then close the fucking window by accident. Pages all line up on the taskbar which with a widescreen MUST be placed on the left so you can see everything you have running easily.

Stupid fucking Chevy truck. Had to drop it off for service AGAIN. Needless to say, rode home the 14mi.
