SSA's Daily fitness iHop
I lifted a ton. More reps than usual for a Tuesday. Might even be sore tomorrow, but will try and hydrate through. Stupid local Italian joint had deals on a big red I really enjoy and I lifted the shit out of my glass. Lifted so hard my head might hurt tomorrow.

Welcome to the IHoP
With your weather in July I'd be looking to ride in the rain. Just need to cover your shoes and it doesn't suck to have a visor on your helmet. Lightning, no thanks. Wind, not so interested. Rain, as long as it isn't rush hour.

Welcome to the IHoP
Holy FUCK. I just recently bought all new shorts and jeans at a 34" waist; however, that is even a lie as my waist measures 37" Levi's are just not sized as labeled anymore. I'm down to 205, but don't really have any more to lose. I actually expect the opposite to happen and for me to gain weight back now, although I doubt my waist will grow. 34" and 255 means your upper body makes me look teh teeny. For the first time in my life I understand the need for motivation to do what you are embarking on. My personal routine has different goal subsets, but the important one is there. Time to get healthy. If we can help in any way, holler! And yes, keeping it public will help. For me, I am logging in Excel all my rides so I can look back and reflect all the time. As with any task. Step 1 is to set a goal with the appropriate steps to get to it, Step 2 is to measure those steps as often as possible to make sure you are still on the right path. I'll tell you one other rather motivating thing. Reproduce. I've never cared to make myself healthy for anyone like I do my son. I want to be able to be with him as long as possible and am definitely going to be the father who helps his teams, although that means he is going to have to pick a sport I like or can at least help with.

would take some work to convert to RWD, but it would be worth it FWD ftmfl New SHO. It's AWD son! the focus sho is supposed to be as fast as the cobra Where do you find a Focus SHO? The Cobra is no more either. They still make the Shelby GT500 and I guarantee you no stock Focus from Ford will ever be on par with it. Even if they were capable of it, Ford would limit it to not be. They've done it for years, no need to stop now. The 2.3L turbo T-birds had to be de-tuned to not spank the Mustang, and the same with the Super Coupe birds. Same with the original SHO. Airbox restrictor that was easily removed in minutes would put it faster than the Stang, not by a lot but they didn't want that

Time Alignment and Bandpass when going Active
And Bandpass does require a 4 channel amp with a Subsonic filter Correct? Bandpassing your mids will be done completely in the 9887. The SSF is ONLY for your subwoofer, but with the LP of the headunit and the SSF your sub will be bandpassed as well.

Time Alignment and Bandpass when going Active
Right the first time isn't going to happen. There is no rule of thumb that will work. Generically speaking you want to bandpass your mid with a HP that allows it to play as low as possible for the listening levels and music you listen to. If it ever sounds stressed you need to raise it. The LP on the mid is a bit trickier as underlap, overlap, or the same cross point can all work depending on your installation locations and personal preferences. Typically as a rule of thumb you want to figure out how low your tweeter can play the same as with the mid, but you have to be much more careful as it is very easy to blow the tweeter. Once you have those ranges then you have to figure out when/where they mix the best. This could take many, many hours. Time alignment generically is used to compensate for path length differences. How to use it will depend on where your speakers are mounted, but usually you take the furthest away and adjust the rest to match.

Ported or Sealed?
You will have no issues with a ported box. Having some real midbass up front though will help with EVERYTHING.

Yep, neither are right for your application based on your question.

Can? Yes. Should? Probably not. Ram should normally be matched, sort of a weakest link in the chain and unless you have a newer pc having a weak link in your ram won't be so good.
