Welcome to the IHoP
That is medium Actually closer to medium well, WAY overcooked. Barely any color left, ruined IMO.

After a ride. Whether I could stomach or not doesn't matter if it is good for the body.

You did gud! Only looking for nutrient content (in grams) not actual product weight. Sounds like you were definately close enough for hand grenades and protein shakes. Dextrose isn't much for sweentess. Doesn't add too much at all in flavor, fruictose is WAY higher. Dextrose should be nearly exact in nutrient as it is in mass. The only aditives to it are probably to stop clumping. What nectar flavor did you get? Fuzzy Navel. Not exactly my first choice, but the overwhelming favorite on the site. It wasn't unpleasant at all. I'll "never" be thirsty for it, but considering I pretty much drink carbonated water and coffee it wasn't a terrible addition. Didn't taste anywhere near as sweet as I expected, in particular when I added so much Dextrose.

Maltodextrin? 60 grams and 30 grams of protein from nectar. (should be a scoop and a half) lol, have to go look. I just ordered whatever you linked Awesome I think I linked dextrose. Either way start with 60 grams sugar and 30 grams of protein. 2:1 carb to protein. See how it feels. You're a pretty in touch with your body kinda guy. From there you can fine tune the ratio or amounts. You're so tall I wouldn't be shocked if you could slam more with no problems. If you have questions ask away, I'll do all I can to help you troubleshoot or fine tune. You will see some big results just from adding this though. And of course you know to stay hydrated. One word of advice is that these fast digesting sugars and proteins will make your body kick into over drive, so you may be ravenous 30 min after you're done pedaling and have slammed the drink. Avoid Fatty food for an hour as it will slow down your bodies over drive. Ha. Just tried it, figured it be sweet as hell but wasn't. Clarification. Nectar - one scoop 26gram protein. I assume that I just make it around 30g's by adding a quarter scoop or so. Dextrose. 1.25tsp for 4g. 60g = 6.25tbsp which amusingly is almost what it was in weight. ie, I weighed the contents. A heaping scoop of the Nectar was around 30g and 6 heaping tbsp of Dextrose around 60g. Didn't know if you meant by weight or by calculation of contents. Considering they were close I just rolled with it. **assumed you meant by contents btw**

You could use an lvdt or if you needed to be cheap even a string pot. Unimeasure makes some that are really affordable and the owner Tom Peterson is a great guy. All of the acquisition systems I cited before would do this easily as well.

Oversampling in the time domain, but only storing based on the distance domain while keeping peaks within those regions will really give some information on what is happening. The classic mistake most engineers make when looking at forces is not grabbing the real transients which can be huge compared to the less dynamic numbers.

Still here. Just been busy as hell with traveling and getting this remodel completed. And making me feel lazy in the process I get the feeling you are very busy most of the time and not lazy at all Okay, but I have serious projects I want to get done and I hate doing any of them in summer.

Welcome to the IHoP
Doing force vs distance would even get you better information.

sealed freq response on xcon??
Then use WinISD that calculation is easy. Also, adding 3/4" mdf is a really slow way to take up volume. Try using something physically larger, but first compute the volume that you need. ***don't expect an anechoic curve to be anything like real world in your car at the same time realize that in house and in car are WAY different in what is required of the enclosure to do the same thing***

What is the goal of the machine? I read pull out force, but do you know what they are going to do with the information? Only interested in peak?

Normally I sweat and am in pain for at least 30min and then it takes me another 30 to figure out what to make and do it.

Germany on the 30th. How was Germany? Meetings with our CEO and Engineering teams went really well. Spent 36 hours in Paris on the way out which was awesome. Oh, and Matt, I "luckily" was there on Labor Day so the kitchen store was closed. Knew that going in, but frustrated as I needed some things.

Welcome to the IHoP
Matt, so how much of the corn sugar and nectar should I consume post ride?

Which head unit? I've narrowed it down to these...
Don't worry about the 4v, any reasonably decent amplifier can handle a deck with only 2v. Hell your "4v" deck never really even puts out anywhere near that. Definitely not something you should use as a deciding factor.

Welcome to the IHoP
Up to 85mi. Taken two days off since I bought the bike and one was yesteraday. Should break 100mi by tonight though. A little hard considering Aidan is sick and needs to be held non-stop. Wow, make me feel like a wimp. I've had my bike longer and am only at 70. I did, however, go out of town for over a week. Up to 102mi now. My knees are sore though so that might be it until I get back from Germany. When are you heading to Germany? We are still waiting on 2 guys from Optima Germany to return. The valcano made a mess of our travel plans for work. Tomorrow. Lucky the volcano isn't seemingly affecting my flights yet...

Window Tint Picture Thread
And unlike all the 5% that actually looks nice. Going darker than that on most cars just makes it look like a hood hooptie. Your car looks great with what it has and needs no more.
