    Should make this more fun.

One of our friends regrettably listens to shit music and currently has the loudest stereo. When we tie up we "get" to listen to his shit. Well not anymore.
  3. The 2's are cheap. Buy one, cross it over, and let her wang. See how you feel about the output.

It means I can listen to music that I want to instead of other shit as well. Knowing the person that has the louder stereo that is parked next to you goes a long way in making a day on the island more fun.
  5. Generically rap doesn't have lows.
  6. Lol, sorry not at all what I saw when looking at your drawing.
  7. Smaller would not be louder, but porting to a higher frequency would. If you want to maximize a Q for loudness, you really, really shouldn't have bought the Q.

Yes, I am going to do a non-active install. Of course, it won't be in my vehicle. Giving my sister and her husband a present and outfitting their boat with some tunes.

it was fucked up for me last night too, but appears to be working now I'm on a different PC though. aargh
  13. Actually not quite. Normally a box is given by 3 dimensions all in inches, none squared. Math might be wrong, 28 sq ft is sorta big. So your box is 4.5"x4"x7"? *that isn't big enough nor anywhere to scale in the drawing

Hard to have a "rule of thumb" when there are so many variables.

    bubba gump lol
  17. ok dude (sorry)...i just haven't heard the ed sub before! but i have heard the W7 it was loud but leaned more towards sq than anything! Not so sure I'd call the w7 an SQ sub, the w6 smokes it in the respect. The eduh is a joke. Ben is a crook and will screw you whenever he gets the chance.
  18. WTF? Can you make a more useless thread. I thought you'd have figured this out yesterday. Perhaps picking two drivers that were at least similar would make sense as well. The eD shouldn't be bought by anyone and the W7 is really overpriced.

Pics or WTF. I took the pictures, I uploaded them but they aren't there. They "should" be shortly.

why did you pick that value? I recall reading somewhere that 10% of mach was an acceptable speed for port velocity, but I also have seen 5% and 15% as acceptable. If you notice 5% of mach is right next to it in D24 also. I am looking for that value as I've heard different values and am not sure what is acceptable. I've never read the 10%...
  21. I'd like to know what it is. It doesn't look like a barrier to me though.

22k BTU open burner? Jesus motherfucking Christ it'll probably launch a goddamn space shuttle into orbit :wackit2: And won't really still be hot enough for true wok cooking. I am putting a 200k+ btu burner outside for those duties though, but alas I live in a part of the country that has 4 beautiful seasons so I will wok a little bit in the house. I've used a turkey fryer burner for wok cooking a couple of times...redneck stir fry Not quite sure I got any wok hei, but hey, it was good In a pinch the turkey fryer works, but wok burners have much more focused heat.
