You actually tried it? It's 16,000 Scoville units??? What was it like? The ultimate I think is just 250,000 to hit 16,000,000 it needs to be "pure" Again even at 150,000 it is all heat and no flavor so why bother unless you are just using it to add heat. Personally I prefer using actual peppers.
  2. ///M5 replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
Indeed, pure can be 16x the Scoville of the Ghost Chili.
  3. ///M5 replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
Yep, his Ultimate as well. All hot, no flavor just capsaicin. Doesn't do anything for me other than win bets.
  4. ///M5 replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
Nearly 2x as hot in Scoville's as well.
  5. ///M5 replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
It never was, just thought to be. The ghost chili or Naga Jolokia is hotter

Not anymore and btw sauce's like Dave's are synthetic and hotter than natural peppers.
  7. excuse me?...Are you talking about me? Yep, I guarantee you have NO idea what even 140dB sounds like at 1,000Hz Few people will ever hear 125+ on a front stage, you know that Sean. That sounds scary. I have heard 150dB in the frequencies of a front stage...although it was through a thick ass concrete wall and it still hurt. You do realize that the aerospace world tests fuselage and other plane parts for ACOUSTIC FATIGUE at levels below 170dB. At this level metal can break and wear out rather quickly so you can extrapolate what it will do to your ears.

It isn't that hot and tastes like vinegar. That place makes me sick just smelling it.

Stop screaming. And there is nothing a BW3 that is worth a shit. All crap food.
  13. You obviously have NO idea what 155dB sounds like.
  14. They are so good that neither company can stay in business. Desirable too obviously. Lol.

Think I just bought a stroller.
  16. You really need some mass and stiffness though. I'd cut metal, hack the doors, or do whatever it takes to put something substantial in for a baffle.

  18. You reference theater, is that the primary purpose or will these be used for music as well?
  19. I'd cut my own plates...
  20. Stupid question. Screw the subs. How loud for your front stage? I'd like to see you sit in a car at 150dB at 10,000Hz. Big bass is ghey, doing it across the board is sweet.
  21. ///M5 replied to sqjeep's topic in Fi Technical
What SQ setup? So far all you have described is the sub which if the rest is done well isn't even really hardly necessary at all in an SQ setup. :bigclap: I have the fi ssd powered by an audioque 1200d the in the front i have ES-620Z - CDT Audio EuroSport 6.5" 2-Way Component Speakers power right now by a rockford 360.2. The amp on the doors is going to be changed but waiting on zed's new line to be released and maybe even the sub amp. Not nearly enough midbass to compete with the SSD. I'd address the front stage if you want to "keep inline with your SQ setup"
  22. the guy said he wants SQ and he wants it louder. so if $$ wasn't a factor I would double the subs/volume/power and electrical or go bigger, drop the 12" and go 15" 18" or what have you. I'm guessin 1st option is better in his case if he has the room for it Wrong. If he wants SQ and he wants it louder, he needs to worry about midbass and not sub bass. I am sure a single Q can EASILY keep up with even a monster front stage. Considering this wasn't addressed he is not at all after an SQ setup.

I didn't want to quote the picture post because of length so I did this one. But you went to the beach and posted no pics of babes? Man arrested at laguna beach videotaping and taking pictures of young women. I think you'll be fine as long as you aren't poking your camera 2' from a girls undercarraige. If you aren't a perv there should be no problem. You just need a big lense; however, the girls are SHIT at Laguna anyways. Our beaches in the Great White North put L.B. to shame.

If you're concerned with the homework you have now, wait until you get to a college. If you plan on going.* And then real life starts and there is even more.
  25. ///M5 replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
Hey, I'm in Laguna business as usual? nice area but i'm not one for the glorified tract housing. just because they put the homes behind a gate and charge a million dollars for them doesn't take away the fact that every house, neighborhood, and suburb down there looks and feels the same. Found out I am going to SB tomorrow. In and out though as our schedule is teh busy.
