Installing service pack 3, probably a mistake

Don't hurt your back on my account, I was sort of dreaming. My schedule is so fucked, I'd say if you have something you can do with it I just thought a 1" slate table top would be cool for the outdoor kitchen.

I must say the same about the FSC I have. It is like sitting on a couch, although driving and sitting on a couch should only feel similar on long highway trips.

there is it. I was "ok" in the legs, but my shoulders are really really wide. I wear a 43-44" X. Long sportcoat. The side bolsters are nearly perfect for me when driving in a spirited fashion, for long trips they are probably a little tight but it is what it is.
  9. I'd like to clarify and understand a few details, although I am sure I will not understand: -You have more money in your rims and tires than your car? -You used spring plugs to lift your car? -You have the stock brakes with big arse rims?

Side to side, I don't exactly need a lot of room either.

I think it is about the same size, although the back seat behind me is non-existent in the car the front has a ton of leg room. I didn't even have the seat all the way back.
  12. A bad attempt at marketing to those who only like how things look. Bass isn't spelled base btw.

reading > me And yes all I can think about are cars now.........................again.
  14. The Icon may actually be louder than a pair of 12" JL's. It has 80% of the surface area and 4mm of extra excursion. Plus it is a better driver for getting loud. I think you should build a different ported enclosure for what you already have. If you don't like the response, I'd be money it's because there is something wrong with your box that can easily be cured with a different one. What exactly is the ICON in right now?
  15. Please answer questions before re-asking the same one.
  16. http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?...72*&topnav= http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?...72*&topnav= Although at your distance you are just fine with a 720p, for me I'd personally not buy a piece of outdated technology. In fact, in that price range I'd get the Toshiba as they do a great job with the 120hz motion and you won't feel like you need something different in the future.
  17. I think you should take a step back and let us know the goals of what you are trying to do. As an analogy for all we know you are asking if a Ferrari Enzo would make a good car for a babyseat.
  18. I'd build new spacers, not at all hard and will make a HUGE difference.

LS2 = *schwing* just think how easy it is to make power with that engine LS6 was more fun to drive stock. Power isn't the problem in that car, managing the power it has is. It handles well but is a bit like a truck when you accelerate. My 20 year old BM'er does a better job with it. The Audi doesn't have that problem at all, in fact it is so smooth it is almost boring. N/A V8 S4 ? Indeed. 2007 is what I drove, although I'd buy a late 2005 or 2006. New body style, but not 09 new.

I'd guess it has a madman unit in it

Build the engine up anymore in the CTS and kiss your rear end good bye. The only real replacements that will last are in the $7-10k range too.

  23. By midbass I'd assume you mean somewhere closer to 40hz-300hz or a little less on each end, and YES you need a matched pair.
  24. And now it's time to grow up.
