  1. I am curious as to your measurement gear and testing setup.
  2. Nice work, way better than the plastic crap that is off the shelf.
  3. Amps that can bandpass aren't very common. You'd get better help if you layed out more of what you were looking for.

I'd guess 20% off at worst of the normal shipped price.

You need a passport to drive to the US now don't you? They do require ID when getting on a plane here, I would assume that they might want your passport, but it is possible that a drivers license would be fine.

Guess I should be a little more specific. Small format tweeter on axis and probably coming form pillars Scan D2904 That's just what I want to try next How low can you cross them ? Depends on power, slope, and of course how you listen to them. Lower than the Neo's

Guess I should be a little more specific. Small format tweeter on axis and probably coming form pillars Scan D2904 Ok, so maybe I should throw in a budget , nad that budget is not $200 The Seas 27TFFNC/G (H1396) that adrian pointed out would be the highest I'd like to go, but cheaper is better ofcourse Small format and budget leaves you the only choice of the Seas Neo's. The Scan will play lower, but of course is the budget beater.

that's a 3.3" sidewall, about the same as a 245/35/xx True, true I've always liked the look of 275/40/xx tires. Not too much sidewall, but still not rubber bands. Mmmm I'd agree 100% it isn't the series that makes the difference, but the height of the sidewall.
  10. Why 5.1 in a car???
  11. Looks nice Kevin, and is going to be real sweet with some Icon's.

Never heard that one, but personally I'd use a 3" full range instead of a 2. For you that compromise on the top end might not be what you want.

and off I go. Have a great day hop.
  15. Those will be rather long if you do all 6. Remember the aero's help limit what you need so you can reduce your rule of thumb a bunch.
  16. You haven't really given us a lot to go on, my guess is your perceptions or your install isn't right. Knowing what amps you have would help as well.

Ryan, Tom you guys will be happy. The hummingbirds and green is 90% gone. I tore the shit out of the bathroom this morning. Now it's time to drink some beers on the lake
  18. Indeed, I haven't had a car where I plugged all the drivers in using their "normal" phase ever. It has always sounded better to have one or the other lead changed around.

That explains the noise, the AC-AC units are better for "lively" environments.
  21. lol, then there were a lot of other things wrong with your install.
  22. ///M5 replied to mrray13's topic in Off Topic
all of a sudden? what did you change. Tom, Kent, & Ryan can all attest to the noise floor on mine.

Making a linear variable displacement transducer non-linear is amusing. AC-AC type or AC-DC??
  24. You have a PM, but I'd also add on the sealed front that .2 is too small. I would pick to do around .4cuft a piece (at least for the Rli8, which I would venture to guess will be really simliar). I had mine in .3 and .4 and much preferred the .4.
