Tom, just teasing you. I indeed have a cai box at the house, but my guess is that it is already on mk's truck.

Hmm, I have a Volante box sitting in my living room although it looks like it is hiding something else

Lots of good beer in the mt's, not sure why. CO & MI seem to be hot spots for nice little breweries.
  5. Pretty much what I typed, all I did on top of that was clarify why.
  6. Going to depend on how you like your loud, peaky go ported, smooth response go sealed.
  7. Tight is a descriptor that means something different to everyone. Impressing people is also a rather obtuse description as what would impress me is to have the sub blend perfectly with the front stage.
  8. That depends on your goals and not my opinion, but I don't know your goals.

  11. Personally if you are adding another amplifier for the fronts, which you obviously better have one hell of a front stage with a pair of Q's on 2kW...I'd then run 2/0 and get an alt. Caps are useless and not going to help at all. Of course it will depend a little on your car and what it already has in it for an alternator, but that information you haven't shared with us yet.
  12. Maybe. Depends on you and your goals and most importantly the install. Currently all you have asked about is equipment
  13. I'd personally want a little more space than that, but polyfill could really help you out there. I also hope that you are allowing cone excursion clearance and don't have that box butted right up onto the back of your seat.
  14. I think you are going to have a hard time fitting them, but if you can I like the idea.

No worries: This is the hop, anything goes except the things that violate the rules in post 1. You also aren't asking questions or for help. Fuckers that can't get their question across don't deserve an answer.

http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...c=19451&hl= Not sure how you "missed it"
  17. You didn't tell us what you were looking for, only a music type. Considering I guess you will only get personal preference applications and not specific ones for you, in that case definitely the 3 10's sealed.
  18. It all depends on your definition of "keep up". For mine you'd have to spend more on your front stage than on your sub, amp and box. Obviously that isn't the case in your definition, but it would be easier to understand if you defined it.
  19. Either way I'd see if you can stop the process. Running a mismatched set of drivers without adjusting the passive doesn't yield good results.

Lots of them get mine up, and I would post more and be more friendly if there were less idiots asking stupid questions. A while back we started to put together a noob guideline and it lapsed, I really think it is a horrendously great idea.
  21. It wouldn't be if there weren't stupid posts. If I had full run of the forum, the rules would be different but first off not using grammar would get you warned the first time and banned the second. It is just rude to come into someones house and not spend the time to actually try to ask the question you want. I'd also require that each post started with a phrase like "I searched for xxxx, and xxx, and xxx but couldn't find an answer...." I'd also have a pretty much zero tolerance policy. Perhaps you don't realize how many threads some of us have to read. It is really deflating when crap like this happens and makes those of us who put in a lot of time waste time which sucks. I guess you could look at it that way. Some people are brought up differently then others. As you might of been growing up with formal and intelligent people, this guy may have been brought up by the "wrong group of people", which led him to typing and/or speaking how he does. Nope, he is just trying to act cool and failing miserably. Firefox has a spell checker which easily solves all the problems above. Grammar doesn't have to be perfect but at least attempted. If you won't try to make a coherent post no one here will try to give you an answer. The only difference is that I am here letting him know that all he has to do is change how he types and the reactions will be different, the others just ignore it.
  22. The one that you make louder
  23. The difficulty is that I don't like your other two options, so you know which way I voted. How about using one 4chn and the sub amp, the 9860 and H701. You can go down to one 18 and then everything is simple and you already have it. If that is still too much space, sell those amps and get something you can hide away easier.
  24. I'd personally try and cancel the Seas order and back out of the Pio stuff, in particular if he told you the Neo's will work well with that passive.
