I need a sub that will hit loud and low in an IB setup.
x2. Port them for more output. They also do well in IB. You've tried yours that way?? As Jim said, Loud & IB do not go hand in hand actually quite the opposite. If you want more bass you need more space.

I love those wheels! If they didn't have that damn "SRT" on them, they'd be on my Cobra. There are repo's available now, but I don't think your bolt spacing was taken into account. Some idiot made knockoff's in 20's & 22's

Not a Jeep but a glorified minivan I find that comment amusing when it is about a vehicle that matches an E39 M5 in the quarter and to 60 (or an 04 M3, 50th Anniversary Corvette, 92 Viper, a Lamborghini Diablo....) and pulls 0.90 on the skid. I'd love to see someone do that to a mini-van. Sure it isn't a classic "Jeep" and you can't take it offroad, but considering how most SUV are used it is a much more fitting way to build one. On road use only, but a hell of a lot of fun to drive.

Mids for front stage paired with peerless hds
Start conservative and work way your way down up. 1kHz on the Seas and 1.6k on the HDS. Depending on your playing levels the Excel should be more than fine with a steeper slope up to 1.2 and the HDS down to 1.4k, but they might not need to be that close. It will depend a lot on your environment and what sounds best to you. As a hint, I always underlap my mid/tweet.

I think they look about perfect on this "4x4"

Nope, haven't. Wasn't recommending to buy 19's, just would prefer the sidewall associated with it in that rolling diameter. Probably the exact reason though that SRT uses a 20 instead of a 19.

Realized while searching I dno't really need an industrial deep fryer, but a better way of dealing with used oil and a big ass wok burner. This is the biggest I could find, but fuck no way am I paying a G for it. http://shopping.yahoo.com/p:Fire%20Magic%2...9,pdid:63,pos:0

Welcome to the IHoP
I should add that both my mother and brother are much more well rounded in the kitchen. My brother in his "spare time" went to chef's school and when we were little the only vacations we ever had were paid for by my mother winning cooking contests.

My mother is bringing by some ham. It was on sale and she wanted a piece so she made a whole one and then offered to deliver dinner

No real such thing as a best bet. Everything is a trade off. When you say you want more midbass, you mean than your current Excels have? The Nextels can potentially have a little more, but not really all that much. Strange question though if you have the HDS and the Excel why not run them? A 200hz underlap will most likely be beneficial anyways...

Midbass
I wouldn't try sealed unless you have a hell of a lot of space which won't be easy in the doors. I can't imagine those hx's can play very high, nor would I want to subject my door hinges to that much weight. What frequency range do you expect to want them to play nice to?
-
component speakers to keep up with
You really are going to have a hard time with the midbass more than anything. It will all come down to your definition of "keeping" up.

rotational inertia? unsprung weight? True, the stockers are around 35lbs so you could surely shave of another 12 going to an 18 but will add some of it back in tire weight. I also prefer a larger sidewall for traction, appearance, and ride quality reasons. On a car with little tires that is of course logical, do realize that the 300 will only be on a 45 series on 20" rims and would ride on 60 series on an 18". The sweet spot for a tire diameter like that would probably be 19".

I will even defend the 20's that car actually needs big wheels. Hell the SRT comes stock with them so why not.
