    morning
  3. The old switches were way off and not accurate enough to use and were a useless tool requiring a test tone cd to setup. *side note 122hz would make me sick, hell playing up to 60hz bothers me You say you have hearing loss in one of your ears, but you can still set it by ear. The advice was to use a test tone at the frequency that you want and to keep turning it down until you hear a change. If you can hear it in the first place you can hear it change. I agree with the rest. Amps should be gain blocks and gain blocks alone all of the other stuff they put on them add cost for no reason as they aren't necessary, especially when adding a little circuit to the chip in a headunit adds no cost at all. In your case I wouldn't buy an external eq but a headunit that worked. I find it funny that you are mad at amps crossover capabilities in the thread, but the only reason you need them is your headunit is broken.

I'd be a lot more worried about oil than gas.

Your best jigsaw stay in , now time let out . GO slow , use the right blade, and the finest tooth you can get by with. It is the slow part I don't like, not a big deal really either it is just the underlayment of the seat for my bass boat. Wood rotted and of course the vinyl was shit so it is getting finished finally. Started a couple weeks ago, but am having a hard time staying motivated to finish. I actually like to drive without it anyways since I can now just sit on the rear casting platform. Long man in a bassboat actually makes it more comfy unless of course smashing through big waves or running WOT.

As for the picture upload, are you over the file size limit? Probably my files are as shot. I was going to shrink them all but have to do it manually. If someone had a batch program they'd recommend it would be easier for me. <--older than the average member here Photoshop has a batch function I just have the gay free ones.

of course. First things first, have you heard anything that you like anywhere? Also, how much customization are you willing to do. To correctly mount the driver in your kick you will have to cut the kick for access. The 6.5 can bolt right into the front fender beneath the kickpanel cover, but once you put it on a baffle you won't be able to put the kickpanel back on. Most 6.5 will fit without a baffle, but I would recommend not doing it that way. As for your $700 comment with 800w at 2ohms you have a few options that are around $500 so you will have close to $200 for a box. I'd probably choose a pair of Icon D2's in 4cuft ported or a pair of SoundSplinter Rlp12's D2's 3.5cuft ported. If you really want output though upping the amount of power you have would open some other doors as well.

The first time I used it on wood I couldn't believe how easily it dented. It took me a second to realize why.

Shit we are having flooding like crazy since it won't stop raining. All the shit started when the damn bridge fell.
  23. I think if you are an idiot you can blow a sub and if you are smart you won't. The recommendations are there for a reason and it isn't to help people who know what they are doing. The real question is why do you care what the specification is? If they give you the output you want with the power that you give them they are fine.

Stop confusing yourself. You don't give a rats ass about SQ. Why not come on here and ask us how you can get as loud as possible for $700 which is the only thing you care about...
