Welcome to the IHoP
Dammit, I can't find plans for the BK10 Fostex enclosure anywhere. I want to build a pair for my sister in law who is big time into female vocal hippy guitar music crap. The staging for that sort of music is incredible on them and the pair would cost me less than $100. Her cheap ass amp could power them too.

I'd view the hassle as a bonus if it covered the payment at least.

Probably smells like cat pee though like the rest of his garage.

Not spare per se, but I have some ampage lying around. There is a local pawn shop here that always has some Adcom block amps at it though. What exactly are you looking for?

At Taco Johns they have Potato Oles. Basically tater tots, but the pronunciation is right on. Since you referenced Taco, I thought that is what you were referring to.

Welcome to the IHoP
There is a real famous pizza place in Northern MN. Sven & Oles. I was up camping with a friend of mine from California and we get out of the woods a drive straight there. A week long trip ending in a few days worth of dried foods and pizza sounds stellar. We drive up, and he sees the sign and says, "ah yeah, Sven and olles" (Ole pronounced phonetically). I proceded to correct him and call it Sven & Olays. Of course, by the time we walked in he realized it was Ole but funny nonetheless.

Well the scooter will also be my new daily and I hope to do a budget active front stage. I wouldn't hesitate to get the 880. Had they been in the store a week earlier I probably would have bought another instead of the 8454.

Going shopping friday...need some input.
Just to confuse it some more, I held one of the new E18NX drivers at Madisound and think it could be a little upgrade on the CA in the midrange realm, but still have the potent midbass of the RNX series. Otherwise, I only see two options on your list. Option 4 if midrange is more important than midbas, option 3 if midbass is more important, and perhaps 3 with the E18 instead of the CA. Note I haven't heard the E and I don't think anyone has. They didn't have anything to plug it into in the short time I was at Madisound, but from looking & reading and understanding the design goals at Seas I think it would be a very natural fit.

Box too big?
Could be too big, more likely too small. How much space do you have in the boxes and what subs are they?
