Welcome to the IHoP
My post made it sound like I had a wood shop. By wood shop, I meant garage. Takes too friggin' long to clean mdf dust out of every nook and cranny to start anything right now. Plus the w would have my ass.

Just realized I've got extra mids laying around, but it isn't stopping me from shopping. For some reason I really have the itch to spend some money, but really should finish a couple projects first. Damnit house sell so I can move and have a wood shop again. I am almost tempted to buy some PE enclosures, but paying for enclosures makes me puke.

I just bought a Thermaltake external hard drive case and a 500gb SATA drive last week for that exact purpose. The case was only ~$20 and will take any PATA or SATA drive has an external sata port (esata) and/or USB.- im looking for the best in SQ speakers
Jim you left out Accuton, in particular the D20N-6-36 tweet which is one of my favorites.- im looking for the best in SQ speakers

Glad it helped. I really prefer midbass to subbass, but you definitely need them both! Now go play some Dave Holland, Charles Mingus, Ron Carter, Stanley Clarke, Oscar Pettiford or whomever you jazz bassist of choice is and hear how much smoother the lower registers are. In my truck, my mids play down to 40hz and it keeps the bassist up front. Personally I hate localized rear bass so anything I can do to be rid of it helps.- I'm thinking about getting a dog
1000 is absurd. Strange two dogs to compare if you ask me. You have chosen a normal size dog in the lab and a little bitty bark machine in the beagle. Of course to me I have a hard time with dogs if they don't weigh at least 50lbs.- Welcome to the IHoP

If you puke in the middle of eating it should be free. I would have asked what they put in it to make you puke. As for the cleaning, did you pull out the hasmat stuff for your own mess?- Welcome to the IHoP
I have a 535 that I would use with the Promitheus and my pc, but I don't want to wait 3-4 weeks so I am still looking for other options. I really should probably just order one but waiting for delivery from Malaysia I don't want to do.- How To Post A Picture
