  1. I only moved away since I couldn't live in the city.
  2. Chicago as a city in itself though is fucking sweet.
  3. There is a bar I do love in Schaumburg though. Cougar heaven.
  4. Suburbs are suburbs. Chicago suburbs are great compared to NY, Boston, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, LA, San Fran, Dallas, Philly, Jacksonville, Columbus....and pretty much any other big city, but they are still suburban hell. Get the fuck out. Hell they even suck in MN, so not sure why you expect differently. That of course being said there are pockets in any of those that are fine. Personally I dig the hell out of Minnetonka. There are other sweet spots too, but Schaumburg is like Woodbury. Booo!
  5. Or you can't read...which we already know. You asked: Pro's and con's of countries of manufacture? ROFL. The second question (err, statement since punctuation > you) is also irrelevant. The Pro's and Con's are 100% manufacturer relative and NOT country. Of course that makes the second "question" you ask even more laughable. Obviously your only goal is to stir the pot. Try shutting off the blinders once and trying to learn, it will greatly improve your life.
  6. Beware of Chicago may be an option for you. Chicagoland is NOT Chicago. For a suburban big city it is better than most, but living in Aurora is NOT Chicago.
  7. Food, people, access to everything, nightlife, history, big ass lake, cool buildings, local sports... What other city can even come close? NY has a bunch but lacks seriously on the people, Boston is an interesting visit but get outside the city proper and fuck that. LA is a turd. Houston, ROFL. I can see the San Francisco argument, but it is still full of Californians.
  8. Orange county is probably the biggest American abomination...but I leave a lot of the south out of my equation since it is so ridiilculously bad.
  9. If there was a city in MN it may compete but our rural ass isn't a city
