You only need the subsonic if you have a ported enclosure. The Lowpass you should set to where you like it, personally my subs are crossed at 50Hz but most people like to run them higher at the expense of localization though. Phase shift will be completely different for every installation. Try it both ways and see. Never used or seen a qbass adjustment. I'd prefer it flat if it is some sort of bass response profile/boost.
