Tomorrow I am finally going to get going on the truck install, and there will be pics...at least by the time I am done.

I don't need one for a while, but I really would prefer something with minmally 200gb and preferably 500gb. When will these bastards catch up. Actually I know they won't for a while, I watched Seagate develop the little drive for the Ipod and they aren't working on anything that big in that size....at least that I know about. Most likely I would too.

I think I'd prefer a Creative or some other, but having a dock is more important than what brand it is. I HATE I-tunes and anything associated with it though.

Do the new USB decks have any possibility of controlling a USB external hard drive? It would be pretty sweet to have the storage of a big arse drive without the whole car pc. Not really thinking for now, but perhaps not so far from now.

Thought maybe when I build my console I'd put an Ipod dock in with my satellite receiver, but I can't find a generic Ipod or alternative mobile player dock that isn't all huge or has rca's out. They have the home version, but I don't feel like butchering it to modify for the car.

I only have the charger, the rest of the kit went away with my SHO. When the engine died, I brought it to a buddy of mines place and a friggin' tow truck totaled out the back of it. At that point I obviously just parted out the car, but since I had a 328i at the time and the Powerdyne charger is what Dinan used I thought wth? Then some idiot totaled my 328i so I bought the M. I sort of want to sell it, but I sort of want to put it on something....

I've got a 9psi powerdyne pulley charger sitting in my garage too.

What happens to a sundial during daylight savings time? It only works with light, duh.

Never said I wanted it for speeding, I just can't drive without one. I feel naked and exposed, plus the insurance hit for one oboo is worse than the price of the detector. I do tend to drive aggressively, but hopefully not when cops are around.
