  1. Understatement. Stupid thing is I knew it going in, but gave up and did it anyways since I was sick of looking for the bigger motor.
  2. Same with an employee. Thinking of stating none of them can choose Apple phones anymore for it. I've been a supporter of letting my team choose what they want, but that shit is ridiculous.
  3. That and their service in the stores SUCKS. Can't believe how pompous and idiotic that experience is.
  4. Not what I meant, no product revelation means no growth for them.
  5. I am not so positive on the recovery. What have they that is new? Without a big announcenment stagnation.
  6. I bought it planning on keeping it longer than this. I STILL feel like I should walk. Next problem is I'll take a bigger hit on what I am looking at replacing it with which if I wait 2 years will shave hundreds off per month on its end too.
  7. You can get something super fucking nice for $200/mo which is the difference I will "save" if I don't get rid of it now.
  8. Bought it for 27k, sell today 15k. Net ownership cost 12k + a set of tires & brakes. $1k = $13k / 2 years = $6500/yr or $541/mo...which for a fucking toaster is ASS RAPE. In 2 years: Bought it for 27k, sell then 12k. Net ownership cost 15k + a set of tires & brakes. $1k = $16k / 4 years = $4000/yr or $333/mo...which for a fucking toaster is ASS RAPE.
  9. I blame the car for that, but still
  10. Stock Pirelli run flats. They were super quiet and climbed our driveway at 55k better than the old Swede with nearly new rubber.
  11. Ha, then it is somewhat duplicated. I was going to move them myself...but couldn't figure out how. Drinking and posting, wheeeeeeeeeeeee
  12. Not in its depreciation cycle. It is hardly going to lose any value the next 2 years. I already took the hit.
  13. First day I actually used my whole battery as well. Not sure what I did though.
  14. So far so good. The fingerprint sensor pull down isn't working 100% for me. I also occasionally flop on the pill that opens the app drawer, but think it is due to lotion and dry hands with low humidity.
  15. I am rocking one as well. Love it so far.
  16. 2013 BMW X3 2.0t 68k miles, new motor at 67k, new turbo at 62k: motor replaced due to the timing chain tensioners exploding and getting into the oil pump. Known problem, BMW extended factory warranty to 70k for. Nothing on else on the car has caused problems. How long do I dare keep it. Newer ones don't have that problem. Figure either I have a timebomb that will rape me or the opposite now.
  17. Going to gamble on it as I wait for a used 18 to pop up with right stuff on it.
  18. It was a known problem that was fixed in later model years. Everything so far that has failed has been engine related as the rest of the car has been good.
  19. Either I have a new car that can't break or a POS that will fuck me.
  20. Getting $1k worth of tires this week too.
  21. Yes, car is under certified for another 3 weeks. BMW extended the factory warranty to 70k, ours had 67k. Plastic crap timing guides failed. It was running fine, but they found some in the oil pump which allowed them to replace the motor. 5k miles before the turbo was replaced. Can't say I like the gamble of keeping it longer than 3 weeks...
  22. Mount looks great J Congrats to your daughter as well Fucking awesome!!
  23. I use the mic on my phone and my head phones. Means I hold the phone but not to my head. I have found that inline mics sound bad usually
  24. Sweet! Wish I had some updates on somethign I've done lately.
