low subs vs spl subs
So, you are trying to say there is no differentiation in design of ANY decent sub on the market? The only ones that don't fit in your description are either complete pieces of shit or ones with particular applications.

sa-8 in 350z ?
Your port will take up more space than the net space of your box. ie, choose differently

Unless you ask the Germans right? Depends on which ones. My bosses boss, no, but the board would agree. It'll get hidden from them though.

Tuning low, with port area, in a small box is a waste...and what you are stuck with when using a single 8".

20 min ago I got a >2.5M order from the general. Going to revolutionize their vehicles and give me a backdoor pass to their facilities.

3 year loan at 4.5% is only going to cost you $1550 which is trivial compared to the depreciation a car takes in the first year. However, that being said I am curious as to how you are getting even 4.5% on a car as it would change my next manuver. CS well into the 8's for us

low subs vs spl subs
And you've highlighted why we don't use SQ or SPL as options on this site. Generally speaking SPL focuses on getting a single note to be as loud as possible at the same SQ having every note have equal loudness. I see that as only two goals. Not sure where you get the third. At the same time, I'd bet for 99% of the forum neither of the two goals is the right answer.

Of course for a small SUV I am having a hard time staying under $25k for a 5-6 year old one.

And the sales guy that works for me in Detroit beat me to the punch, just picked up a Noble M12. Not quite a Rossion, but at $37k for a 4k mi unit I would have bought it as well.

Other Front Stage OptionsJ
Just as an fyi Hell I do most of my listening on 4" full rangers. Even worse for that, but god damn they sound great. Helps that they are ported and perfectly on axis sitting on my desk, but nonetheless I have no desire to upgrade.

Get ready to start hating on 'merican cars too. Same over engineering and bullshit is happening, just a few years behind. I am even more afraid though of something of GM quality with all of those "goodies" And I take no offense. Hell, I would MUCH prefer to buy some American iron as I know it'll be easier to wrench on, but they just do not have ANY sport ute's that are autobahn ready or even close. Except the Jeep which of course is a Euro as it has something like 90% Mercedes ML content

2009 is about $15k overpriced and has no turbo. Thanks for peaking. As ZZ Top says, I search Nationwide

Having owned and helped fix European cars I tend to agree. Changing the headlight bulbs requires taking off the wheel or the bumper or taking apart half the front end...pretty stupid if you ask me.. Although I feel that over-engineering and no consideration on how it's going to get disassembled are problems found on higher end models. Low-end stuff is where simplicity is key and for instance taking off interior pieces of a european econo-box is as simple as taking them off in the Jeep. Funny thing is pre-V8 BMW's were the opposite, by far the most logically laid out and easy to work on vehicles I'd ever owned.

ie, someone blew the pico. GREAT headunit. Probably the best active headunit for beginners to start playing in the active world. Dual 16 band graphics are WAY easier to grasp than parametrics. If I ran a headunit, it'd be one of those.
