  1. Lol. Location has a lot more to do with this than SQ. If you aren't willing to try to make a thread don't expect the right answer.
  2. Almost all of them can be as the equipment you used includes those specifications across the board. And the ones you can't are somewhat easily measured or approximated.
  3. You should do yourself a favor and calculate your uncertainties then. It'll be eye opening.

Your doing it wrong My 6 year old device with Win7 runs like a champ. I'm sure it's slow at times for a multitude of reasons. Eats up more ram then really needed, and I only have 2gb IIRC. Been lazy about getting more. Oh and I never actually bought it, just downloaded a cracked version when it first came out, so I'm pretty sure I only have like half the updates, then stopped it so MS wouldn't shut it down. Every 20 minutes I get a popup mentioning my windows version isn't genuine, and I should buy it. Make sure you check with your new university. I got a win 7 upgrade cd that will work on 3 computers for $15 Nice. I'd be surprised if my community college has anything, but I'll check. Be great if they sold multiples to you

You live in MN, why the hell would you not want 4wd? On top of that 38's with 2wd is flat out silly. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure he means the vehicle is AWD now and after the Duramax upgrade he will convert it to 4x4 so the has the option to disengage the front axles for 2wd I figured that out later. Either way, dubious benefit and a waste of money. If power is desired there are other ways to come about it.
  6. What I think you should do is determine what mounting locations and other limitations you have and share some details instead of asking about what drivers. I'd also share what compromises you'd make or rank them.
  7. Not sure what you are trying to prove, but the test isn't valid. Reporting data way beyond the accuracy of the equipment you are using isn't very forthcoming.

Doesn't hurt to go and ask.

What sort of off roading do you do? i do quite a bit of off roading. i mud the crap out of it and when it comes to snow i usually take the ditches instead of the road. i like to drive down gravel roads through the ditches and jump some field approaches. some other guy commented about parking lots and pot holes, but i don't have this kind of truck just so i can drive it down the road. i like to play with my toys I really don't see the advantage to 40's over 38's for practical off road use. You gain about an inch of clearance, but lose a lot of power. Our JK had 35s, and we took it through some nasty shit with no clearance issues. I don't see ANY decent reason to switch to 40s other then aesthetics. And I think aesthetically it would look worse. Already too big.

That looks a bit like my workouts
  15. Completely unrelated. Multiple point sources vs a single? Spacing at higher frequencies is much more a bitch than low.
  16. If he recommended them, perhaps.
  17. Does constructive and deconstructive interference help clarity?

  20. No, not possible with what you have. Read the noobie posting guidelines real quick, you'll understand why your thread derailed then. Hint: They are in my sig.

Speaking on a similar note. WTF is a smart car good for? I was looking at the specs and my 17 yr old 4 banger gets only 3 mpg less on the highway and has a shit ton more room. You won't see the same results in town driving. Basically a scooter in a "cars" body

I see what you are saying

think the 40's would be too big? those are 38's on it right now Are you even getting 12mpg? Just wondering. average 10.7MPG. thats another reason i'm going to do the Duramax diesel conversion, the extra power will be nice also. Will 10k even touch putting a Duramax in it? not likelly. it's quite a bit more than that, but i do get one more bonus from work that i'll be using since i quit being a boss. That won't be till the first quarter of next year though Don't waste your money, you work too hard for it.
