Good luck man... I'd have to say it was pretty good.. few stumbles, i.e. odd flow to the tracks but was good and whatnot...

Oh I might, I was thinking I might tackle the install myself.... Help with it will be needed, installing alt and belt... Is your car a 2.4l? If so it's an easy install, right up front and on top. Yea, it is a 2.4 and I know it is on top.. Think I will take it to my mechanic in the morning...

It's for my 2003 Camry... Overboard??? Does it exist?? I am ONLY running 200w to highs/mids and 500w to sub stage.... So no I "didn't" need it but, my alternator bushing are fried/burnt, I've had once instance of an actual flame coming out of the alternator from leaves getting caught in it when there was an arc.... Instead of buying a factory new no name brand alternator for close to $250 with a $50 core charge I ended up ordering this.... And lady is awesome, cooks too... lmfao- Changing my headlights?
AFAIK, they are legal for road use.... Most cars manufactured now(even cheap shyt) come with HIDs stock installed obviously in a projector assembly... I believe the issue now is more the color and tint which was almost always what got people pulled over since 6K and higher are blue in origin and 12K and up are purple... Those are not helpful in driving and can most likely get you pulled over... I would check your state laws concerning lights/headlight assemblies though to be safe.. In New Jersey is "used" to be that you couldn't even pass state inspections with blue bulbs halogen/HIDs alike.... Now they only care for emissions testing... I've never known anyone pulled over for just having HIDs installed in a stock assembly, only known a few to be stopped because of the blue/purple tint ....- Thoughts on Boston Acoustics???
Audio shops around me= best buy- Sooo.. I got a gift and it's almost here
MechMan, is amazing... I've been in contact with them for almost a year now(insane)... I have been looking into an alternator for a long time and didn't have the money, when I did I ordered a DC Power but then got into some money issues and they refunded my money which was an amazing thing... Because of this I was able to read more about the other companies, Singer and MechMan... I felt most comfortable with them and then they became a vendor here which made everything much sweeter... So, I was given the okay by my current lady and she also might have funded this item as well... So on the way to my house is a 270a alternator, courtesy of MechMan.!!!!- So who can update me on my order?
awesome... RX is probably really excited !!!- Looking into getting a new HU
but with good reason.... I LURVE MINE!!!- Looking into getting a new HU
^^^lol... you are a P800-880 freak...- Changing my headlights?
did you try adjusting your headlights ?? Yes I did after market hids arent meant for halogen lamp holders. to work like oems. Correct. They are not meant for it but even with the light runoff in MOST cases there is a huge improvement in output...- Changing my headlights?
Why does everyone insist that the PIAAs or extra vision do not have any change in color? I've had them all and they DO have a color shift from the standard yellow haligen bulbs.- Thoughts on Boston Acoustics???
no doubt... I appreciate the honesty... I like it blunt.. Again, I've never done active so piecing together random drivers was kind of random for me.. I tried to match frequency range and impedance and went from there... I was looking at Alpine before but the way that most sites have them listed it seemed like they didn't have alot of movement/options... I guess I'll search more... Just for future knowledge, would I be able to go active with the Alpine drivers or just keep it as is???- Anyone own a CD-IB100ii
LOL.... I gots one.- Thoughts on Boston Acoustics???
Dayton Audio 2-way crossovers... Possibly go with either a: 2.0k, 2.5k, 3.0k, 3.5k ......... $30 Would that work for now and then I can go active later on with the same drivers???- Thoughts on Boston Acoustics???

What if I create this passive system, and then go active later on when I pick up a 4ch amplifier .........??? $22 Tang Band 28-1177SB : Recommended frequency range above 1500Hz $6 or this tweeter: Sinar Baja TWD25NH05 : Frquency range: 3000 to 20kHz- Thoughts on Boston Acoustics???
