  1. I haven;t had this bad experience from Kinetik as of yet... I bought a HC800 to install in the rear near the amps but never got around to installing it or even opening the package... Took it to PepBoys for a test and was claimed dead with 12.56v. I am in the process of charging it hopefully back to life .. So far after an overnight charge I am getting 12.9v after 10-15min rest after being unhooked from my new ctek charger....
  2. I'm more than willing to listen but not without support... Any reason for staying away from Kinetik? I've got a HC1800 under the hood and it has provided me adequate support for my system... Have you had a bad experience??? Please share... There are alot of "which battery should I get" threads around.. SO please search so you can be more informed than "don't buy this, or stay away from that" crap advice... Because I have seen Kinetiks fail under less than brutal conditions. I have also seen what would be considered major gains (for only doing this one small thing) from simply switching batteries from Kinetik to XS or NSB batts. It's just my experiences with them. I'm not trashing the company, they make some decently strong batts. Just saying that there is a lot better out there. And as far as your comment on my advice, he asked for it. If he wanted to do the research and look around like most of us do then he wouldn't be on here asking such a simple question. So, that being said, I will still say "stay away from Kinetik" and go with one of the other brands. Wasn't that better than just saying stay away from said company??? I know I'd just pass your information had you not supported it... just saying... it's crap if you don't give more
  3. nice find.... should I buy for extra? states it is pure copper.... hmmmm
  4. Basically there is like a lens hood/flap that moves when high beam is activated... instead of separate bulbs
  5. d2s morimoto kit looks nice ... been looking at the shots of comparisons of different kits.. Wish I knew about this before I got this DDM kit... Although much more expensive the bi-xenon effect is amazing... Not requiring 2 separate bulbs but a limiter that disengages when told to do so is amazing...

lanzar is pretty good... they are almost a crap shoot from what you see online... but some people have amazing success with them...
  13. You can never really under power like always stated around here... I've still only got a 500 watt JL Audio slash series and it made some waves and people giggle.... But that was a ported 12" Icon... Going sealed on the new XCON with the same power... We'll have to see if I need
  14. good stuff... nice hair trick man!!!
  15. sucks that you aren't available cuz you seem highly wanted/needed ... lol... But glad you're doing all that you are... company sending you away on their dime is always a good sign of stability....

  19. your voltage for WHAT should be 22.3????
  20. I was thinking of modifying my headlight assembly down the road with "any" factory HID glass... I don't have issues modifying/cutting the headlight assembly.. Might get one from a junkyard and fitting the glass in and using the connect from my factory harness.. Trouble is I still have an issue where my low beam on the left side gets no power...
  21. Do you mean this???
  22. keep it stock.... :-)
  23. I'm gonna be honest.. The red/white offset of the lights looks great.. I'd keep it stock... It just looks more defined and sexier...
