sooooooooooo .... UPDATE .... while sitting on break from work without anything to eat, I decided to check the RCAs because of a dream I had.... I knew I had all of the RCAs hooked up but only currently using a 4 channel amp for the front stage of my setup which meant I had the subwoofer outputs hooked up but no amplifier hooked up as of yet. I had the other end of the RCAs wrapped in electrical tape so they didn't touch anything and possibly cause some issues. WELL!!! I disconnected those wires from the back of the HU and holy shyt! no more noise... Thanks W140/Sean for the ground loop isolators even though they weren't needed but I'll keep them just in case I find out something else... This saved me from purchasing new RCAs and having to replace them and all that good stuff.... Is it normal to have unhooked RCAs cause similar to alternator whine through the car speakers?

measure the outside.... width ... height.... and top depth and bottom depth..... we can assume 3/4" MDF .... so give us the info... Thanks, was trying to give an idea of the overall size. I think for being a single 15" enclosure, to me its huge. Unfortunately I still have no clue what overall volume and tuning this beast is...although I did ask for 32HZ and optimal ported volume...so...

I don't speak much beyond the car audio world but today I feel the need to share a little... My beloved grandmother passed away on June 1st. Although she was sick for many years, it came unexpectedly. She was the glue that kept my mother's side of the family together and I hope that her passing will only strengthen our bonds and helps us to overcome our differences we've all had in the past. I am thankful my cousin felt the need to go see her but I wish she didn't have to be alone with her when it happened. Today is the wake and I haven't done much besides be there for the family. All I ask is that you guys out there keep us in your prayers. Thanks, Danny

If I remember correctly edub has a great source for techflex AND heat shrink ... look up heatshrink.com though... they have decent prices for 3:1 tubing Since your wire source secret is out, wanna share what Heatshrink you use too? Im looking on ebay and theres just so many options Im not sure what to buy. Anyone can chime in, theres just a lot of options I know its only heat shrink tubing but, id imagine theres good quality and bad quality just like everything else.
