yes the fiero will be given to dad. I'll drive it from time to time but it will be his. Without it sounding like a sob story he's getting old and this will probably be the last real project we can do together and i'd rather he benefit from it.

I'm running a 12" Q sealed in a 1.7cube sealed box, sounds great and gets plenty loud for me when i need it to, but i'm throwing 1200W at it. I probably wouldn't be as happy with it if i only had 600-700W

the fiero is my baby, i bought it about a year ago and dropped the engine, it will be getting a 3800 SC series II which is what the motor mounts and wiring harness is for. I am completely redoing everything in it and then giving it to my father (it's a joint effort but the $$ is my effort). i would love to do some crazy chit like this, but i haven't even priced it

I think i have finally decided on a color for the fiero, even though i'm not going to absolutely love it. yellow that's right....yellow. Mainly because it's my nephew's favorite color and so even if i absolutely hate the color, it'll still have a meaning to me. I'm not sure of the particular code yet, probably get something close to a ferrari yellow, means i also have to find a damn good black for all the trim.

150lbs today and jumped to 20lbs with dumbell curls, the left arm is doing leaps and bounds better. if aaron or steve or anyone else with the knowledge reads this, how should i be focusing my diet? Lately i've been cutting out fatty foods as much as possible and trying to completely avoid fried food. Increased my chicken and tuna and lessened red meats. Only problem is i'm not sure where my calories should come from, a simple ballpark % will work, i've been tying to sub in non-sugar carbs (pasta mainly) and salads for my other intake but honestly have no idea what i should be doing.

tonight at the gym was awesome too, the weekend of rest helped, my left arm can finally handle bicep curls with 20lbs

Now i just have to get...err water lines, axles, and the comp reprogrammed. Of course I do have like a $200 order to place with second skin but i have too many bills to be spending extra $$ right now.
