also i avoid using machines at all costs since my main goal is to build up the left arm and supporting the weight will help the supporting muscles in the arm since i can't target most of them directly.

when i work out there's usually nobody at the gym, not even workers (24hr gym). right now i'm at 3sets 6reps with 115lbs benchpress, i can do up to 140 but it makes the bad arm hurt in a bad way. bicep curls are 3 sets of 12 with 15lbs (each hand) military press 3 sets of 12 with 25lbs (each hand) those are the 3 exercises i've really been focusing on, of course only for the week i've been working out. I do legs and tons of ab exercises too

I still need to mount the sub ring on the fiberglass trunk mold, i'm teh lazy.

I'm the same way with beer, though i can't put back nearly that many, usually after a 6 pack i'm pissing every 3min and getting sleepy.

what are the auras going in? I've been seriously debating throwing something like that in dad's car in the dash. Right now he's still using HU power so they'd get a cap in line for the crossover, nothing even close to fancy

I doubt there would be a huge market for it, but it would be a great flagship sub that would help advertising by word of mouth. People would definitely talk about it and it could increase sales of other subs. or it could totally bomb

jesus you all and your weights make me feel bad. I need to start doing some real stuff with my legs but i usually work out at odd hours and the only person to spot me would be julie, not trusting her that much :-D i'm weighing in at 152 right now (i'm only 5'6") and i'm in dire need of supplement suggestions. my only goals are to lose my belly and strengthen my left arm (mostly forearm muscles)

i actually discovered last night that the heavy bag will probably be my best friend for the arm. It seems to shock it just enough.

working out sucks. my left arm is damn near useless but hopefully that will change soon. still can't touch anything over 15lbs with the left arm but i refuse to use a different weight on the right one. by the end of july i hope to have most of my stomach gone and have my left arm at least close to my right one in strength, we'll see how that goes though

I have to run around to a few pharmacies today and find one that will hire me. It's times like these I really need a larger ego. brought in my trunk corner floor mold and speaker ring, now i just need a little $$ and a whole lot of time. I'm definitely happy enough with the Q to go ahead and build a proper enclosure. And in other news looks like i might be getting a new car soon. I like the Tc so far, it's cheap enough and the base model has everything I'd ever need. I'll be keeping the stratusfaction though. Might even make it an SPL vehicle. Gotta get the aunt and uncle's approval and get them to co-sign on it, so i might have to wait till december when i get my diploma.

looks like summer school will be happening. Also starting soon i'm hitting the gym again. I have to get over the last of this chest congestion but then i'm going to be working out every day hopefully.

i think what bothered me so much is my neice is that age, and then my sister asked me to talk to her about sex and give her the big speeech because she looks up to me more than her.
