1. If it's been restored, won't need work for a while... 2. Ever notice how much it is to take a new vehicle into the shop? And you can't do most of the work yourself, there's too much computerization and plastic covers and properitary (sp) chit. At least with a straight six carb'ed engine I could learn how to do basically everything I need on a regular basis. 3. Metal is good. Metal means I'm probably going to come out better than whatever decided to run into me... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 1. if its old, i don't care how much its restored, it will need work 2. are parts common? if the engine hasn't been produced for a while you're looking at hassle to even find the parts 3. also means the bastard cop is going to blame you in the accident

anyone know anything about the MTX black gold 10's? i can't find crap about them, guy is wanting to work out a trade on ca.com i say RL-i 8(or 10) is still a better choice
