i'm debating a small hood scoop on the fiero, actually it would drop down, not up. To relieve the pressure inside the hood at speed. People say it can be quite a problem, and a vent makes the car run cooler too

oh ramos, i had a fg question If i was going to fiberglass a scoop onto a hood, after making the cutout, do you sand kind of deeper around the scoop so that the outer edge is flush mounted? I'm not sure how to describe better, but you know when you see ricers with the double sided tape and you can automatically tell cause of the raised lip all the way around, how do you avoid that lip sticking up. man i can ramble
