So once I get everything else EVER done to the car I would like to get some mags. I hear too many good things. I'd like to stick with 15s but they're so big, and my trunk is not. My question is how much air do they need behind them in a vented enclosure? I'm not sure how much i can squeeze out but it would probably be 4-5 cubes if i really try. I'd like to stick at that for a pair of 15s. Obviously thats right where i should be for 12s but...aren't 15s so much prettier . So will there be a huge decrease in my low end or output? Would it be enough to justify just using 12s? Whats the minimum volume ported you would use for two 15s?

Merry Christmas today. First off Mom and dad call to say my packages arrived. Well I was expecting the 6002 from HCCAfan's sale, but another package was there as well. Had them open it and voila, got my beer for this month, its turning out to be a good day. So i had them open the amp and look at it, dad comments on the 1600W sticker on it....but the 6002 should have a 1200W sticker????? Upon further inspection he finds that its an 8002 not a 6002, so reluctantly i tell HCCAfan that i got the wrong amp. At this point i'm kinda bummed, i dn't have comps to run yet but just the thought of sending back this amp. Well then he tells me he hooked me up cause they were backordered on the 6002s. I'm pretty sure i'm glowing right now.

fudge it, i'm buying power/ground cable, i SHOULD only need enough for one run of power and ground to the closest source...but i'm afraid i'll need more later so why not just buy enough now and sell what i have leftover if need be, right? I'm thinking 50ft and do a dedicated battery run, but maybe thats overkill for the tiny amount of power i'm running (orion 1200D @ 1ohm -1200W and will have a 6002 pushing 150Wx2) hmmmm decisions decisions decisions
