How much does it weight? Trying to design specifics of the box and I want to know if I should get screws or bolts. At what weight would bolts be a better choice?

Bolts into T-nuts is a wise choice no matter what the weight of the driver is.

Still no clue as to what this sub weighs?

The shipping weight for a Q12 is 27 lbs IIRC. So an 18er shouldn't be that much heavier.
