yea man last night i was looking at MAW-12s and they were 64, now 96...

New pricing now includes shipping within North America. I made the announcement in late July but didn't follow through with the change until today.

I can see where the prices are the same if you buy one unit... but if I remember correctly, total cost (including shipping) per unit went down as more drivers were bought because of saved shipping costs. Will prices for multiple driver orders reflect this same behavior?

I'll put it to you this way... for what Mach5 charges you really are very unlikely to get a better speaker. You might find one that is a bit louder OR maybe sounds a bit better, but not likely both at the same cost. IMHO, for the price their stuff is a safe bet.

How do you come up with $190? Are you buying two MAW 12s? Otherwise you misread, and the price is $96 (ninety-six dollars) for the MAW 12, and that IS ridiculously cheap for what you are getting. Either way, $190 for two very quality subs is an amazing price.

Sounds like I opened a can of worms... I wasn't meaning to complain... just curious. I know they're a great deal and plan on getting a bunch of drivers for me and my father when money permits. I was just wondering if money would be saved by getting both at the same time; once again, didn't mean to sound like I was complaining.

I have quoted 2 subs before and you really don't save on shipping, Its still twice the weight and double the size.

But for me atleast the prices have actually gone down for a single woofer. I payed 84 for a 10 shipped to my house not to long ago and now it comes out to about 79.

haha it was me, but for the record im going to be getting 2 of these and i just hope they dont disappoint lol. im glad that everyone was getting so offensive so that means they must be worth the money

yea i know. i have 2 prefab boxes, a sealed 2.5 cubic foot and a ported 3.5 cubic foot.. which should i put them in?

I'd suggest putting them in a box that's built for the subs, and not prefabbed, would be best, unless of course 2.5 cubes sealed is the mach5 suggested size, or the ported box is the proper size and tuning for them.
