I just checked the specs on this amp and it is not very high only 200 if I am correct.The JL amp is something like 400 on damping factor.Can somebody correct me if I am wrong.The higer the better if I am right.

That's pretty high...at least high enough for it not to matter at all. The output impedance is low enough on both amps that DF shouldn't be a concern of yours.

It will make absolutely no difference in what you hear. Not even close.

Damping factor numbers are misleading on class-d designs for the equations were made to describe A/B amplifiers originally.

i told you that on ROE that it woudn't matter because you couldn't hear it anyway.
