So what happens if you pump a 12 CVR in a Bandpass box with a 800watt ppi pcx amp? what are the concequenses?

If you want LSQ, you're going about things the wrong way...

Do you already have ths CVR?

The cvr isn't much of a sub period and while it would be possible to build a reasonable output bandpass box it is way beyond your mathematical capabilities and if you put it in a pre-fab bandpass the outcome will be one of the worst sounding setups eVar.

*note not picking on your math skills as there are very few people who would get this right the first time around no matter what. If you are willing to consult, think, and perhaps build 3 or 4 different boxes you might get it right.

Wowee... Well It's not that I would mind building boxes it's just I don't have the tools or know how to do a project like that. I could always pay 250 for a custom box but I would like to put a better woofer in there before I get a custom box. Woofer wise I just want a single 12'' with good LSQ for hip hop, R&B and a little trance.

Port, tuned in the mid to low 30s & some good midbass would make that a reality!

Do you have this sub?
