i need some tweeters for my explorer. as u know, not going for SQ, but i aint spending more than 20 a tweet either. what are some good tweets? anyone know what Tommy Mckinney runs in his 2 front doors (has 8 in each door) ?

I don't know what they are, but they sound like ass.

I'd just buy an assload of whatever Madisound or Parts Express has on clearance. They usually have bullet tweets or cheap domes for under $10.

lmao

not sure i wanna run big bullets, i kinda want something small like what comes with most normal component sets.

"Something small" = you'll blow them.

Bullets will at least give you that harshness without exploding.

those tiny tweets that come with component sets usually don't handle much power. You're looking for something to get loud...obviously...or you wouldn't be running a crapton of them.

if you think you can control your gains do something like these..they're cheap and should work

if you're going to ...well you should probably just get something like this

but then again we all know that regardless of what good advice anyone gives you, you've already made up your mind and will stick to your wrong decision.
