i have been trying since monday to get my order in with fi car audio sales and scott for a fully loaded btl 12 and after 5 days of anxious waiting he emails me back saying that it'll be 501 shipped out here to hawaii well that email made me happy.....mind you that was at about 630 am our time he says that he will call me later on on the after noon our time and get my information so i can pay... well ive been waiting by the phone all day and no call currently 900pm..... so far ive waited 5 days now to place my order and i am becoming irratated as their is a little comp coming up and i would like to enter with the btl... plus its a birthday present to myself......im just venting my fustration as i heard that fi has great customer service and i am not experiencing it as i have the money ready and want to order a btl.........5 days ago i sold my setup to order the speaker and have been bassless for 5 days plus i know itll take 2 weeks for the speaker to get here after the order gets in.................................

When you do that, include all of your shipping information, Name, Address, Phone number, Email. Exactly which woofer you want (Including all options, coil impedance, size etc.)

I just got the email yesterday morning saying that you wanted to order one, so i forwarded it over to Scott around 3pm which is how he got in contact with you last night.

Sorry about that, we're working on getting things more streamlined with some new software so things can't fall through the cracks.
