And My Budget Is $230 And Down For The Amp And $230 For The Subs

But This Is Going To Be My First System So Im Putting It In A 03 325i Bmw

Are you deadset on the Type R's, and if so why?

Kenwood makes nice amps, they're pretty cheap and reliable, and most that I've seen do close to rated power.

Personally I wouldn't buy the Type R's nor a Kenwood amp but it would help to understand your goals.
