I like the woodwork, front stage is totally not my taste but it seems like a well-built project :)

May I ask why you went with a 701? That seems like an awful lot of processor you don't particularly need...

jimj,

i went with the alpine pxa701 because of it's seperate eq of front, rear and sub, also i tune my systemdepends on the location were i'm playing and store it in different memory. this application i made on my system is more likely a moving mobile system or what they call loud and clear. i know there's a lot of processors in the market but would stick with the pxa 701 coz not only i deal with alpine but already use this and familiar with the product.

Awesome dude! That clamshell looks EXACTLY like mine except it had 4 BTL 18s. Thats some real clean work you did there. You'll love it!

haha yeah i know man, your's is louder and can move lot of air, wish i could do some hair trick with this kind of set up,and hit good numbers in bass race. deadline is this coming wed. for the show and IASCA IDBL i'll post some videos and pictures.

Looks killer.

One question though, is there any particular reason you chose Redtops over a Deep cycle battery or AGM?

that's the only available here in the philippines, have to use this for now , probably gonna changed it in a month or two coz already ordered 3 kinetik hc 2400.

Great job. I never tire of this stuff. One question though. The angle where the woofer mounting baffle meets the port wall is pretty large. How did you get that angled strengthened to handle that type of bass? I have had angles similar to that and use duraglass on the inside but I didn't have the amount of bass you are going to have.

these set up was made exactly 10days to fit in the manila auto salon show. we did a lot of overtime to finish these car.i don't have my meter to test what frequency to use on sine wave. these vehivcle was made purely a demo car. did a 151.3db audio control sensor, the judges says it same as termlab. so didn't try to give some more effort coz am happy with the score with a low tuning box. 35hz baby

that's a good score for no testing! and not to rain on the parade, but i have yet to see an AC mic as harsh as a TL. but regardless, great score!!
