No it did not include the basket gasket or terminals.

If you sent it in we could spec the sub for you as well. This would give you full TS params and let you know what enclosures would work well with it.

But, from doing some basic FEA based off of what I "think" the motor has in it, Id say that the qts would be a little bit too low for a IB sub. I prefer qts in the .6 or slightly higher range for most applications.
