Does anybody have some pics of a btl or bl motor with the cooling and without it?? i have alway wondered what the difference is in the motor thanks.

Only difference is there are cooling channels machined in, if they aren't in there then it's just a plain piece of round stock.

u mean the holes that are around the motor wich allows u to see the coil inside the motor?? what about daily and spl whats the difference in the sub material?

I believe the holes are in the bottom of the motor, around the hole in the center of the motor.

Difference in spl gap and daily gap is the top plate on the SPL gap is much tighter...

There are no holes in the bottom of the motor, the inside of the motor pole/top plate is machined for cooling purposes..if it doesn't have cooling then it is just a smooth piece of 3" solid steel stock...
