ok so i have a 15" ssd with copper coil and a us amps md 23 i ordered a audioenhancers ported box for it that was close to the required specs, but i got sent the wrong box. the one i recieved lookes to be 2.3ft at anywhere from 34- 38hz area will this work or is it going to be to small???

if possible give us measuments all around the box, port opening, and port lenght.

as for 2.3cuft for a 15 is too small. unless if you seal up that port you could use it as a sealed enclosure.

truly, send it back.

The only way to make the box you have now work, is to seal it off. That will require effort. Just as much effort could be put into making your own box, built perfectly to spec.

You could send it back and get the real one. Or, you could go to www.caraudioforum.com (sorry if this isn't allowed) and PM a guy named mobileman. I don't know if he is on this site or not.

He will build you a box suited perfectly for that woofer.

Best of luck and Merry Christmas.
