Posted January 1, 200817 yr So my BTL broke its tinsel leads and put rips in the spider so im looking to get a 15" Fully Loaded BTL Recone, i emailed Fi about the recone over a week ago and still havent heard anything back, im looking to place the order for one ASAP and try and get it ASAP as i got a new install going on, also i need a link to a place where i can buy CA Glue and CA Glue Accelerator as Fi dosent supply it with the recone kits anymore, thank yaAlso, check out the pics Edited January 1, 200817 yr by Astyl
January 1, 200817 yr I posted a couple of times on your CA thread. You said you bought the sub used. Looks to me like it has already been "repaired". The lead is too short. I would guess it was broke and resoldered back to the terminal. Should have been replaced, but it was repaired good enough to sell it. . . I am sure Scott will send you new lead or repair it for a fair price if you send it back. From the looks of the spider, I would have a complete recone done.
