the design is a tapered horn Pete designed it .... it has a flat response from 30-100hz...for 2 9518gs from DD

hope so.. hope it beats hard too lol.... what im gunna do to the front of the box since the subs will be inverted im gunna put pexi glass on the front of the box so i can see the cone of the woofer too ...

ohhh if i didnt say the woofer is inverted they are lol... thats the only thing im a lil worried about

yeah me too...... im just gunna trust petes knowledge in acoustics ........ me and him talked so, he told me this, its a tapped horn ......

"Tapped horns don't have compression chambers; they couple the standing wave inside the taper with the woofer at a specific point along the axial length.

putting plexi-glass across the box opening is going to change how it sounds.. unless pete already took that into account.

yeah im trusting petes judgment on the inverted subs..........

but i didnt tell him about the pexi glass idea.... just a idea.... ill have to talk to he and see what he says .....................
