    OK so 1/4 of the system is done. I have a AVIC-D3 headunit. And 2 10"D1 ICONS. So now i need an amp that either puts out 1800-2000 watts rms at 1ohm or 4ohm. Whats the pros or cons of running at 4ohm instead of 1ohm or vice versa. Thanks for the input.

    Oh and the box is going to be ported. At first to speaker specifications then gradually bigger until im happy

    The Sundown SAZ-1500D has been a great match for a few people with a pair of Icons. Other safe bets; Kicker ZX1500.1, US Amps MD2D etc.
