Will a fi audio ssd18 with a flatwond coil and bp power take 1600 watts daily? I would do a btl but that would be underpowered. if the fi can't take it, has anyone had experience with a 18" jaugernaut?

I really doubt if you send the SSD 1600w that i'll last very long. And I'm sure it'll void the warranty.

Try the BL.

I would go for the BL. Fi has different subs because they're meant for different applications and power ranges. why buy a sub like the BTL if you arent even going to use its full potential. Where as a BL with the full options would be a much better fit. unless of course you have some sort of overall plan for upgrading the amp.

As far as the ssd taking that much power....doubtful it would last long, but then miguel had 4 12in SSD's with an incriminator 20.1 at .35 on each of his and bass raced it....i dont know how he wasnt blowing subs left and right
