January 24, 200817 yr If you have the tools to dado the ends of the port walls, you can use PVC to smooth them out. Works great for multiple u-turns like that.Brian

January 25, 200817 yr The Dado blade is a blade that is slanted and essentially "wobbles" in the saw. Yes its a table saw.It gives you the ability to cut a wider track in the wood without having to have a blade that is 1" to 1 1/2" thick.
