Ok so When it comes to this wiring stuff and ohms I'm very dumb.. So anyway like it says I have two 12 inch mags and 1 Sundown sae-1000d amp. What I would like to know is how do i wire the 2 subs to the 1 amp and what ohmage (if thats even a word) and what power would the subs be recieving.. Sorry for my ignorance but any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

Wire the coils in series on each sub. Wire the 2 subs in parallel with each other. This will give you a 2 ohm final load. They'll see a few hundred watts.

You can't wire 2 DVC2 ohm subs to 1 ohm

They're DVC2 ohm drivers, not DVC4 ohm ones. Going all parallel with these would lead to a 1/2 ohm final load.

If you wired the subs to 1/2 ohm mono, you could void the warrenty on your nice amplifier.
