I have not had much exposure to MTX as of late. Since most of my focus is on smaller DIY'er based company products. I have always felt the higher end MTX amps were solid amps, big power, no frills. I am interested in trying one from a new model version, but just don't have the money to play.

Just checked our distro, the newer MTX amps are very pricey.

all the TA series amps are discontinued and were replaced by the TE (thunder elite)

a different look, same amps really. they dont have as many models though as the TA "super" amps. the TA's can be had online and ebay only...unless any big dealers may still have some. MTX has some they can sell, but they are refurbs, for warranty purposes.

but ya the ta92001, there was a guy on ROE that sold one a month ago for 350 shipped MINT!!!!!!!!! i could kill myself that i didnt get it.....
