I'm looking for an amp for 2 15 inch q dual 2 ohm. My spending limit is about $300-400

You'll want to wire like this

For a 2 ohm final load. Unless you have the funds and the electrical system to get a .5 ohm stable amplifier.

Look for a used Kicker ZX2500.1 (stable @ 2 ohms) and set your gains with an O-scope, and you'll be fine.

Someone pointed me towards hifonics amps, but im not sure about them

IMO better off going with a good used amp then some budget new amp. like find a used kicker, or jbl, or something that makes power at 2 ohms, not a hifonics or boss or lanzar or something lol
