So I got 2 questions about some subs here:

1. What size enclosures are people using for the SPL12? I guess it's almost like a poll but I just want to know. I have a feeling I can get more output out of mine (I'm looking more spl oriented) so I wanna know what everyone else is doing with them.

2. What's the realease date on the ixl-10's? I've been thinking about getting four of em and sending them 750rms each.

Any input is appreciated!!

The IXL-10's are being finalized. They will go to production real soon.

I recall one gent over on ca.com using his SPL-12 in 3 cubes tuned to 38Hz and he likes it. But if its more SPL related you want, perhaps tune higher, say ~45Hz.

In my test I had one in 4 cubes tuned to about 40Hz and it was plenty loud for me. I'm an old man though so take what I say lightly. :)

Best,

Mark

For daily, I liked the SPL-12 in 3.0 @33hz.
