March 5, 200817 yr he's right. You would get the same output power either way but strapping is safer because there is less chance of an error during setting up an amp per coil.
March 5, 200817 yr You could, but you would be better off just buying a 1500D for the power that you'll be getting at 2 ohms from the 1000D.

I would think the 1000d would push the SX perfect. I installed one with bout a 1000 watts an it slams like no other.
